Order proceesing

Product Selection:
1. Select the desired product from our product catalog
Each product photo will have a unique product identification number and you need this to get a quote / order.

Get a Quote:
2. Contact us /
Email Us for a custom Quotation for the selected product. (you need the product catalog identification number

Customized Orders:
3. In case your order is for a product with your own specifications or design please email us the artwork / size, date, time and location of the order to us at goldenchef@rogers.com or info@goldenchef.ca for a customized quotation.

Important Information we require for a quote:
4. Date / Time / Location and Type of Event is very important when placing the order. Please let us know all the above details as well as all the information you think that we require about your event. The more details we have will simplify our process of getting the best quote for the best product.

Sales Confirmation
5. Once the quote is accepted, we will send you a sales order/invoice for you to read over and confirm with payment, if you wish to proceed.

Payment Details
6. Since the pandemic all orders are accepted only with full payment. No exceptions please.

Payment can be made with Visa or Master, directly via our invoicing system powered by QuickBooks. If you are paying by Amex, please be prepared to pay an additional 2.5% service fees, to recover our extra expenses.

 

Artwork Stage
7.Upon confirmation with full payment, we will custom create your artwork as per your needs and email you or text you asap. You are welcome to request changes, until you are satisfied provided you are realistically requesting the details as per the original order, without changes. Production starts only once the artwork is approved.


Other Information & Setup Requirements
8. We will let you know of the required necessary material at your event location
Table / Clothing / Power Outlets etc.

Delivery Confirmation
9. We will confirm the delivery 1 day prior to the event

Delivery &/or Setup
10. We will deliver the goods / showpieces to your location within the agreed time, prior to your event Startup time. You can arrange the balance payment and we will issue a receipt for the total amount paid.

Tear down Clearance is an Optional Service
11. We will clear all the displays &/ or units from your event location after the event in case this service is purchased, at the time of purchase.

 

 

Owing to very high production costs,

 

All Orders are accepted only upon receiving full payment. This is our newest Post Covid Business Policy, as this is the only solution, for us to stay alive in business.
Custom Artworks are done only upon order confirmation with full payment.


Cancelation Policy:
Once PAID, the date could be changed with at least 72 Hrs Notice at no extra cost.
If Canceled with the same notice period, 90% will be refunded.
